In 2023, the Hungarian Money Museum and Visitor Center was awarded the Family Friendly Museum title, and in 2024 it was awarded the Family Friendly Workplace Certification Label by the Family Friendly Hungary Centre.
The label is awarded to workplaces where the employer consciously takes care and takes action to ensure that employees are able to balance their work responsibilities with their private life. The criteria are that the working conditions must be adapted to the family's rhythm of life, that the employer must provide more support than is required by law, and that the family member who needs care must be supervised and cared for during working hours.
The Money Museum’s management has been committed to its employees and their families since the museum opened and has implemented and continues to implement a number of measures that have contributed to the achievement of the certification mark.
