It's incredible to say, but October marks the one-year anniversary of our Coffee house talks series which is aimed at popularising financial education!
During the birthday event, our guest was Péter Fertőszögi, art historian, artistic director of BÁV Auction House and Pawnshop Ltd., and head of the BÁV Becsüs Academy. He gave a fascinating lecture on the treasure-making role of art objects. He told us what to invest in and what not to invest in if any member of the audience wanted to keep their money in art. There was talk of counterfeiting, but we also learned how to be confident in this unknown world without being fooled at every turn.
